Right click launchers in ibar - config menu does not show up on the second try

Description

Using E17 e17-cvs_0.0-4_all.deb (Nov. 23). When you right click on an icon in the ibar you are presented with options to configure that launcher. If you click out of that menu and try to right click on an icon in the ibar again, that menu does not show.

Verified working in cvs as of March 15, 2008. This ticket is no longer valid now.
