EFM needs to handle making links/shortcuts.

EFM needs to make links. Basic symbolic links would be neat, but Im sure Freedesktop.org has some crazy way of doing this. Should popup with Alt-options when dragging files in efm.

Fixed in commit changeset:39170. Still need menu icons (drag & drop and e_fm2 right click) and review.
