Description
Places module should be merged with Fileman, the main menu entry "Files" should be what "Places" is.
Enlightenment favorites should use the code in Places now, that in turn uses the standard in GTK and we'll mix great with those applications, not requiring users to set favorites in lots of components.
Places devices and filesystems icons should use freedesktop standard, so we're not infringing any copyright and we do not bloat our default theme, still providing users with great icons and possibility to change together with the whole icon set.

Ok, now places honor the icon-theme settings in E17, it will use E internal icons or FDO ones The FDO icon naming standard is a mess, so also places now is a mess :/
at least I can close the ticket...

OK, first and second done :) [menu integration and gtk favorites]
The third is a bit longer we need to change everywere to use efreet, but maybe if we found the icon in the e theme we should use that instead. ??
I leave the bug open for further discussion
