Pager invoked by hotkey doesn't respect popup pager height value

Assign a hotkey to the pager popup and invoke, the height of the pager is not the height set in the pager module setting dialogue but another value. Change the value of the pager popup height to verify that it doesn't change when using the hotkey.

you can change its size with 'keyaction popup height'. I'll move the slider from general to popup settings group.
