Description

Exchange seems to be broken. Neither the "theme"- and "wallpaper"-dialog nor the standalone exchange_smart_test application seem to work as they are supposed to do.

Didn't we talk about exchange being dead on the list? If so, this should probably be closed unless it's actually getting fixed.

exchange is fixed from a long time, it works only on wallpapers not themes, but it's just because themes is not implemented.

The wallpaper download works well here, so I'm closing the bug
