Unable to add application to iBar from border menu

Description

I was attempting to add konsole ( yes yes I know.. ) to iBar via the border menu, after going to the "Create Icon" motions having the .desktop file correctly generated in $HOME/.local/share/applications and all the correct parameters defined even after a restart of E17 I am still unable to add the application to iBar via the border menu.
