Fix suspend on lid/close open.

Description

This patch fixed lid close/open event reception. Normally e will not receive those events, they are caught by acpi-support scripts. To enable event reception CheckPolicy? in policy-funcs from that package should be modified so that it will look like PMS="/usr/bin/gnome-power-manager /usr/bin/kpowersave /usr/bin/xfce4-power-manager /opt/e17/bin/enlightenment"

With patch applied we can use normal acpi config dialog to assign to lid close event suspend now action.

I believe that at rev 64511 Enlightenment gets these events and so this bug could be closed. Events cannot be assigned, but that's another bug (#692 maybe?).
