e17 no longer remembers window action shortcuts

Noticed a possible regression with e17 creating shortcuts for actions in the titlebar menu.

My laptop reports e as version 0.16.999.62648 and there I can set a window to sticky, and a shortcut for it appears just between the Window submenu and Close.

I just upgraded my desktop, it reports version 0.16.999.63588, and there's no such feature.

As for the titlebar menu in general, it looks quite different between these two versions.

The shortcuts adapting was one of the things I loved about e17, so I wonder now if it's gone, or hidden under a setting which defaults to being off or what gives? Could you get it back?

This change in titlebar menu was reverted to the earlier configuration recently.
